At Epica Jewellers We Pride Ourselves on exceptional Customer Service/Experience, below are Our terms and conditions that We have put in place to make sure Customers have a good experience when working with Us, and are provided with the very best products. We are always open to feedback.


ALL ITEMS are carefully check by A qualified Jeweller and the Storefront Manager, but in the highly unlikely event that the item You receive is faulty, simply call, email or attend the Store and one of Our friendly Staff members will assist You in a refund, voucher or replacement. We recommend holding onto Your receipt, as proof of purchase, but We will do our best to assist You if You no longer have a proof of purchase.


Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years, from Date of purchase.


All Giveaways online and Instore are compliant with Australian Giveaway Laws.


Epica Jewellers is legally accountable for the Valuations we give Customers. All Valuation are inspected by a Qualified Jeweller, and written by them or the Storefront Manager.

We only Value items purchased by Us at $1000 or more. We DO NOT value items not purchased through Us. We DO NOT value remakes if We have not supplied the stones, We can offer Valuations on remakes if You supply the correct documentation for the stones.

We do offer a revalue service if Your item was purchased 5+ Years ago.


Any Job Packet assigned instore, over the phone or online is filled out instore and is filed for 7 years post pick up. When You purchase an item online and it needs workshop work, e.g. engraving, handmaking or resizing, You will receive a copy of the job receipt when You pick up, or Your item is shipped to You. If you require a copy of the packet before hand contact the Store and We will arrange to get it to You.

Epica Jewellers does 99% of workmanship inhouse the only outsourcing done is restringing of Pearls and BLOCK engraving and on occasion stone setting. Epica Jewellers is happy to provide further information if Your job needs to be outsourced. ALL jobs sent out are tracked with AUS POST and recorded in Store.

A staff Member will contact You when the item is ready to be collected/shipped.


Epica Jewellers require payment on pick up or prior. We offer a 3 Month Layby system. For engagement/wedding rings We offer a 4 Month layby and for special circumstances and ONLY when approved by Storefront Manger or Business Owner a longer Layby may be possible.

Epica Accepts ONLINE BANKING, EFPOS and CASH ONLY. We do have online banking details contact the Store to receive Them. Any Customer who pays by BSB must provide proof and be approved on Our end before item leaves the Store.

Epica Jewellers require a deposit for Workshop Jobs valued at $500 or more. Deposits are usually around 20% of the quoted price. 


Each Workshop job is designated a job packet. Each packet must include the Customers Name and contact information. The Staff Member writing out the packet, if not a Jeweller will double check job information with a Qualified Jeweller.

ALL Workshop jobs are confirmed with the Customer to eliminate any mistakes.  We are Human and do make mistakes sometimes, in the unlikely event this happens We do not require You to pay for the job or will redo the job at no extra charge.

APPROVALS: Epica Jewellers can order Diamonds and other Gemstones on a borrowed Approval system, this allows the Customer to compare and approval the stones that will be used in Their Jewellery. Approvals are usually no longer than 2 weeks so we ask Customers to keep that in mind. Epica Jewellers Has the right to send back stones if Customers are not meeting Our approval terms.

CERTIFICATES: A Certificate will be issued with an Natural/Laboratory Grown Diamond and with some of Our Australin Sapphire Range. These Certificates will prove the quality of the Stone and have all it's details.

All Diamonds over 0.30ct are sold with a GIA or IGI Certificate stating the correct information and a serial number lasered onto the Diamond. GIA Certificates come with Natural Diamonds and IGI Certificates come with Laboratory Grown Diamonds.




Every ring purchased through Epica Jewellers is sold with a complementary resize. If the resize is not correct because the customer did not try a size, one more complementary resize is valid.

We do not offer free resizing if it has been resized UP more than twice, or if the ring doesn't fit due to Your body size changing and You've had it resized once before.

Resizing can be costly so it is best to double check sizes. We offer sizing instore at no charge and give You a Business card stating Your Size.

*Postage for online sales is not covered by Epica Jewellers, if you need to post your item back for a resize, only the cost of the resize is covered.


Every Staff Member is held to a standard to provide exceptional and Friendly Customer Service, We will always do Our very best to provide You a service. If for some reason a Staff Member feels unsafe, or disrespected by You, We are in Our right to ask You to leave the Store.

If You for some reason have an Issue with a Staff Member, We are more than happy to give You the chance to express Your reasoning to the Store Owner, Jake McPherson. 

Epica Jewellers has Camera's recording, in the Store at all times and an alarm system.
