All Handmade pieces are manufactured in the Epica Jewellers Workshop, located at the back of the Store. Handmade pieces have a workmanship time frame of around 3-4 weeks and come with a lifetime warranty. All pieces are made by a Qualified Jeweller.
No appointment is required to speak with a Staff Member about creating a Handmade Piece. We just ask that You bring any ideas and inspiration, as well as any Jewellery Pieces you wish to use. The Jewellers at Epica Jewellers can then sketch some designs for You.
